Call 860.870.1954 during these hours to place your order and pick up outside the salon. **If you can’t pick up on Saturday please call and we will do our best to make special arrangements for you.**


3/27/20 Update – OPERATION ROOT RELIEF Cont’d:

Curbside pick-up for products only will be held again
Wednesday April 1st & Saturday, April 4th from 9A-12P.
We will be running it the same way.

Dear Guests,

We have exciting news! We have been granted permission during this health crisis to offer retail products for curbside pick-up. This would include skin, nail and hair products, including our temporary root cover up options! There are restrictions to this so please read carefully.

  • We cannot allow any guest inside the building, so unfortunately, we cannot let you shop for yourself.
  • Phone orders only. We will be announcing a schedule during which we will be answering the phones in salon with a limited staff. Please be patient and try again if at first you don’t get through.
  • Payment will be taken over the phone via MasterCard/Visa/Discover only. No cash, checks, coupons or vouchers can be used due to distancing and health requirements. No exceptions can be made.
  • We will still honor product points earned and will be extending the expiration date for product points as well.
  • All sales during this health crisis are final. There will be absolutely no returns taken due to the health implications. We apologize for this inconvenience.
  • All products sold will be “while supplies last”, our ability to order products is limited at this time.
  • Once you have spoken with someone to place your order, we will fill it, get a total and call you for payment and curbside pick-up details.
  • Our temporary root cover-up options are Color Wow Root Cover-Up Powder and Loreal Professional Hair Touch Up Root Concealer Spray. There are color charts for each posted on our website under the SHOP tab. Supplies are limited so please, one per customer.
  • We cannot accommodate requests for professional color for guests to apply at home. Aside from the health risks for both you and our staff, this also poses license and insurance liability. Professional color is different than box color, if applied or processed incorrectly it can pose risks. Color product is also time sensitive once exposed to oxygen, making it unstable and potentially ineffective unless immediately applied.
  • We are sorry, but we cannot make house calls. It would be going against the current government order, subjecting the salon to liability, our staff subject to fines and most importantly, putting you and our staff at great health risk.

As the landscape of this COVID-19 crisis continues to change, adjustments to this development might shift as well. We appreciate your support during this very difficult time. Please continue to follow our announcements and most importantly, stay well. We look forward to seeing you all soon!

3/24/20 Update – We Understand Your Needs

We wanted to keep you informed and let you know that we are working as hard as we can to offer curbside pick-up for hair styling, make-up and skin care products.

As we adhere to the guidelines for our industry to keep everyone safe, we are taking steps to serve our customer’s needs. Although we cannot provide one on one service, we have options for temporary solutions.

3/24/20 Update – Rescheduling Appointments

We understand the stress you are under and want nothing more than to open our doors and provide you with all the services you desire.

As the COVID-19 crisis continues to develop, the latest guidance from Governor Lamont is that all non-essential businesses shall be closed until April 22nd (subject to change). Additionally, all beauty related, direct contact service establishments (salons, spas, nail salons, etc.) fall under the directive of regional health departments. All Connecticut health departments have decided for the safety of the public and ourselves , we must close indefinitely. The landscape of this situation changes constantly, so with that in mind, the current plan is the following.

All appointments until April 22nd are canceled unless these directives are lifted. Once we have confirmation regarding the allowed re-open date we will update you and begin the process of rescheduling appointments. We are anxious to get back to work and are already planning on working overtime and extending hours to service everyone as soon as possible!

Please know, serving you is our business but also our pleasure. With deepest gratitude, thank you for your past support and for your understanding and patience during this very difficult time. We wish you all good health and wellness and look forward to seeing you soon.

3/20/20 Update

Due to our sudden but temporary closure:

We’ve extended the date range for honoring the vouchers you may have received with a gift certificate purchase.

PRODUCT POINTS
We’ve extended the time before product points you have with us expire.

We will announce those dates once we know more about our own reopening date.

We understand these are trying times, both health and finances are of utmost concern to each and every one of us. We are so very grateful for your support and will look forward to your visit in the near future!

3/19/20 Update

Caronavirus Temporary Shut down

Dear Headliners Salon & Spa Community,

Please be advised that an emergency proclamation was signed to temporarily shut down all salons, spas, barber shops and business that provide direct contact beauty services.

As such, as of today we will be closed until further notice.

If you have services scheduled, we will be reaching out with options to reschedule. Our team wants nothing more than to continue to serve the guests who have become like family to us.

We sincerely apologize for the suddenness of this closure and for the inconvenience it may cause you, but we fully support any decision made with the intent to protect the wellness and health of the community we have been proudly serving for over 40 years.

As this ever changing situation progresses, we will continue to update you via email and our social media pages. Please keep an eye out. We are working diligently to create a plan of action to be able to continue to support our clients and our team at this time.

It goes without saying, this is uncharted territory for us all. We greatly appreciate your patience and your support over the coming weeks.
